The Thunder jump three spots in the Western Conference standings on the NBA's final day to host a first round playoff matchup.

Oklahoma City notched a 137-123 win over the Grizzlies Wednesday night. But it was finale losses by the Jazz and Spurs that allowed OKC to vault into the number four spot in the West. They'll now host Utah in the first round.

As the regular season wraps up, the NBA Playoff schedule is now set.

Oklahoma City will host Game 1 of the series against the Jazz on Sunday, April 15 at 5:30 p.m., followed by Game 2 on Wednesday, April 18 at 7 p.m. The series then shifts to Salt Lake City for Games 3 and 4. If necessary, Game 5 will return to OKC, Game 6 in Utah and the Thunder would host a Game 7.

Tickets for Games 1 and 2 are set to go on sale to the public on Friday, April 13, at 10 a.m. Visit the Thunder website for details!
