Russell Westbrook will not be punished by the NBA for an altercation with a fan following the Thunder's loss Thursday.

After a narrow loss to the Nuggets, Westbrook was walking off the court when a fan got in front of him and into his face, video shows. The fan appears to yell at Westbrook, who then pushes the fan's shoulder. The fan was then escorted off the court by security.

ESPN's Royce Young reports that the NBA will not punish Westbrook and that the fan has been banned from games. The fan also faces a trespassing complaint.

The Thunder are back in action Friday taking on the New Orleans Pelicans. The game tips at 8 p.m.
