Dozens of elementary students will be getting a fishing lesson from a Thunder superstar.

Paul George will teach 45 students from Stanley Hupfeld Academy how to fish on the Oklahoma River, and announce the kick-off of his new Paul George Foundation. The Oklahoma City Boathouse Foundation and Oklahoma Department of Wildlife Conservation have also teamed up to help put on the event.

The students will practice their casting from the CHK |Central Boathouse docks and even fish from pontoons on the river.

George's foundation helps promote programs to get children engaged in outdoor activities. Fishing is one of George's favorite activities.
