All flights in and out of Houston's Bush Airport were stopped Monday morning as a flash flood emergency extended over the area.

That is delaying flights in and out of Will Rogers World Airport.

That airport reported more than eleven inches of rain since midnight.

Fire crews said they had to rescue more than 60 people from high waters.

A news reporter from Houston's KTRK-TV helped save a man from a sinking car on live TV.
