University of Oklahoma students release statements apologizing for racist video

    The University of Oklahoma released statements from two students, who were involved in a racist video posted to social media.

    The students, who have left the university, issued apologies after meeting with Dr. Jane irungu, Kristin Partridge and Quy Nguyen.

    Both Frances Ford and Olivia Urban's apologies are dated Jan. 19, 2019.

    A rally to stop racism will be held at the University of Oklahoma on Tuesday in response to the viral racist video.
