One person is behind bars after authorities say he stole an estimated $35,000 in property in Cleveland County.

Cleveland County Sheriff's Office Public Information Officer John Roberts reports that Brandon Walker, 18, was arrested Oct. 13 on complaints of burglary in the second degree, larceny of a motor vehicle and grand larceny.

An investigation began after an abandoned BMW was discovered off of US 77 near Slaughterville. A homeowner in the area later confirmed that the vehicle had been stolen along with an assault rifle.
