Just days after a protest at the State Capitol to re-open the economy, a second protest is planned Monday at Oklahoma City Hall.

The movement is called the "Rolling Rally," and those participating are asked to stay in their vehicles and drive to the city hall.

There will be no meet up prior to the rally.

Organizers say, "Tired of having your rights trampled on? Are you fed up with the shutdown? Are you ready to get back to work? Join fellow Oklahoma citizens as we let our voices be heard! It's TIME to get Oklahoma back to work!"

A rally is also being organized in Tulsa.

Oklahoma City's Emergency Declaration prohibits gatherings of more than 10 people in city limits.
