CHICKASHA, Okla. (KOKH) — A second person has been arrested in a fatal shooting in Chickasha.

The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation reports that Rico Doss, 20, was arrested August 15 in connection to the death of 45-year-old Dan Beal III.

Beal was shot and killed inside his home August 10 in the 400 block of E. Ada Sipuel. Steve Lail, Jr. was arrested several days after the murder on a complaint of first degree murder.

Doss faces a complaint of second degree murder and robbery.
