On Monday, Representative Andy Fugate, along with Representative Toni Hasenbeck, and Representative Kevin West will look into domestic violence issues in an upcoming interim study before the House Judiciary - Criminal Committee.

It is scheduled for 9 am at the State Capitol, 2300 N Lincoln Boulevard.

Rep. Fugate said that domestic violence is not a partisan issue. “We see the impact on families every day in our communities, our courts, and even our classrooms”

Fugate said, “I’m grateful to have colleagues like Hasenbeck and West who are also determined to tackle this problem. Oklahoma will not be a top ten state in positive categories until we address critical issues like domestic violence that leave our families broken and scarred,” said Rep. Fugate
