A 21-year-old man alleges two people attacked and kidnapped him early Tuesday morning.

Donta Christopher House, 27, and Travis Chance Cedena, 18, are accused of assault and battery and kidnapping the man, according to a crime report. Cedena is also accused of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.

The victim told police he met Cedena and House while at a house party in Moore with his girlfriend and her roommate. Police say Cedena and House asked the man to give them a ride to Midwest City and then to a Sunset Inn & Suites, 8315 S. I-35 Service Rd., in exchange for $40.

The victim said he agreed to give them a ride, and he was asked upon arrival at the hotel to follow them into their room so that he could get paid.

As they approached the room, House allegedly grabbed the man by the neck and pushed him into the room and into the bathroom, according to police.

Cedena allegedly went through the man's pockets, where he found a knife. Cedena allegedly pointed the knife at the man and said, "you can't leave unless you give us a ride," according to the crime report. The victim told police Cedena also stated the men would "f*** him up" if he didn't give him them a ride.

The victim alleges House grabbed him by his neck and pushed him up against the bathroom wall during this time. He told police he then agreed to give them a ride out of fear for his life.

The victim's girlfriend says she saw the three men coming back to the vehicle. She and her roommate exited the victim's vehicle and then called 911.

The two men asked the victim to take them to a nearby gas station. Police were able to catch up with the suspects at the gas station and arrested them on complaints of assault and battery and kidnapping.

House's bond was set at $50,000, while Cedena's was set at $55,000.
