Oklahoma Department of Corrections capture escaped inmate in LeFlore County

The Oklahoma Department of Corrections captured James Munson, who escaped a minimum security prison in LeFlore County.

Officers say he walked away from the Jim E. Hamilton Correctional Facility on Monday.

Correctional officers realized Munson was gone after a head count.

He is serving time for car theft and second degree burglary out of Tulsa.

Munson has several tattoos, including one on his face.
