NORMAN, Okla (KOKH) — A male suspect believed to be involved in both a recent burglary and stalking incident has yet to be identified in Norman.
Norman Police are asking the public to help them identify the suspect.
Around 1:30 am on Feb. 2, an unknown male attempted to look into the bedroom of a home on the 200 block of McCullough St after a woman had returned to her house according to police.
The male suspect was caught on a neighbor's surveillance camera and the neighbor alerted the woman to the incident.
On Feb. 3 around 2:30 am police responded to a home on the 200 block of Eddington St. for a burglary.
The victim told police she and her four friends arrived at the home and she entered the home while the friends went to a nearby house.
She then said an unknown Hispanic man entered the house wearing a bright orange beanie, black hooded sweatshirt, jeans, and blue latex gloves, carrying a tan rope.
When the victim confronted the man he left the home and drove off in a maroon 2002-2005 model Ford SUV.
Police believe the same suspect was involved in both incidents.
