Last day to request an absentee ballot for August primary runoff quickly approaching
OKLAHOMA CITY (KOKH) —
The last day to request an absentee ballot for the primary runoff is quickly approaching in Oklahoma.
The Oklahoma State Board of Election reports that the deadline to request an absentee ballot in the August runoff is 5 p.m. Aug. 22.
The Aug. 28 primary runoff will determine the candidates for many statewide and local races in the state, including who will represent the Republican party in the governor's race. The deadline to register to vote in the primary runoff was Aug. 3.
Early voting for the runoff runs from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Aug. 23, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Aug. 24 and 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Aug. 25.
