In a tweet Kyler Murray says that "moving forward I am firmly and fully committing myself to becoming an NFL Quarterback." In a statement on his Twitter account Murray adds; "football has been my love and passion my entire life. I was raised to play QB, and I very much look ward to dedicating 100% of myself to being the best QB possible and winning NFL Championships..."

You'll remember that Murray had signed on to be a pitcher for the Oakland Athletics, however there was a tremendous amount of talk after he won the Heisman this year as to whether he would play football, baseball or both.
