Dustin Sligar. (Oklahoma County Jail)

Oklahoma County authorities have taken one of their most wanted criminals off the streets.

Dustin Sligar, 23, was in custody as of Monday morning, according to the Oklahoma County Sheriff's Office. Sligar was wanted in Oklahoma County for Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle, Possession of Stolen Property and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

According to police documents, on Feb. 2 just before noon, an OHP trooper pulled behind a white Mitsubishi on I-35 southbound. That vehicle was reported stolen. The trooper pulled the vehicle over and found Sligar behind the wheel. Sligar and a female passenger were arrested. Sligar bonded out of jail four days later. In April, he was charged in connection to the incident and a warrant for his arrest was issued.
