An Oklahoma father has been charged with Second Degree Murder in the 2015 death of his 2-year-old son, Andreis.

OPH Investigative Troopers found Marland Tramble was legally intoxicated and had marijuana present in his system while he was pushing Andreis in a stroller in Pottawatomie County when a vehicle hit and killed Andreis.

Investigators say Tramble was pushing his son in a stroller around 10 pm on May 27, 2015 on Westech Road.

They were stuck by a white passenger car on Westech Rd which left the scene and OHP was unable to locate the car.

Andreis was pronounced dead at the scene by first responders due to his massive injuries.

It was determined Tramble was walking in the middle of the westbound lane in dark clothing making him difficult to see.

Investigators determined Tramble was committing child abuse by failing to protect Andreis from being hit.

Pottawatomie County DA Allen Grubb has charged Tramble with Second Degree Murder.

“Anyone with information regarding the white vehicle that left the scene or that has information about Marland Tramble pushing a stroller on the roadways in and around the Shawnee area after dark on previous incidents should call the OHP Tips Line at 866-OHP-TIPS or direct message to the OHP Facebook Page,” said Captain Ronnie Hampton.
