Fallin to deliver final State of the State address as governor

OKLAHOMA CITY (KOKH) - For the final time, Gov. Mary Fallin will deliver her State of the State address as the head of Oklahoma.

Fallin's eighth and final address comes as state lawmakers return to the Capitol for the start of their regular session while continuing the special session to fix the state budget hole. Fixing the state budget crisis is expected to be a significant part of Fallin's speech.

Fallin is expected to also take up major issues like a pay raise for teachers and a possible tax hike to pay for it. Other topics could include fixing the state's growing prison population.
