The United States Department of Justice is reporting the death of an inmate at the Federal Transfer Center in Oklahoma City.

Darius Ghahary, 48, was found in his cell unresponsive on Friday shortly before noon, according to Kim Neely public information officer for the transfer center. Staff attempted to revive Ghahary and then had him transported to a hospital where he was declared dead by the hospital staff.
