Authorities asking for help identifying a man that sexually assaulted a girl at OKC park
Police need the public's help in identifying a man that sexually assaulted a young girl at a metro park.
The Oklahoma City Police Department reports that around 12:30 p.m. March 31 a 4-year-old girl told her parent that she had been sexually assaulted by a man while playing on the playground of South Lakes Park, 12310 S. Meridian Avenue.
The suspect then fled the scene. He is described as a young, white male wearing an orange shirt. The man had dark-rimmed glasses, dark, flat hair and blue eyes. He was last seen walking towards the soccer fields at the park.
Police say that several soccer games were occurring at the time of the incident. They are asking anyone who observed someone matching the suspect description to notify police and for parents to check any photos and videos taken of the day for the suspect.
