Arrest warrant issued for suspect accused of shooting man in the face at point blank range
OKLAHOMA CITY (KOKH) —
An arrest warrant has been filed for a man accused of shooting a man in the face at point blank range in Oklahoma City.
The Oklahoma City Police Department confirms that Maurice McClendon, 19, is wanted on a complaint of assault with a deadly weapon.
The warrant stems from a May 3 shooting at M-Mart, 2700 NE 23 Street. In surveillance video, McClendon can be seen firing a weapon at point blank range into a victim.
McClendon is considered armed and dangerous. Anyone with information on his immediate location is asked to call 911. All other tips should be called in to the Homicide Tip Line at 405-297-1200.
