Police: 4 people shot, 1 dead at Midwest City apartment complex

MIDWEST CITY, Okla. (KOKH) — Update: Police have been able to identify the four victims involved in a shooting at the Vista Green Apartments.

Demery Hale, 21, Nicole Johnson, 22, Sam Ellison, 20, and Antonio Marshall, 27, were identified as the victims.

Police said Marshall passed away from his injuries, while one remains in the hospital and two have been released.

Update: Midwest City police confirm they're investigating a homicide at the Vista Green Apartments. Four people were shot, and at least one person has died. The name of those victims have not been released by officials.

According to Major Robert Cornelison with the Midwest City Police Department, “We are still following up leads right now as we speak, we are still looking for witnesses, we did have a couple witnesses but we haven’t really developed much information yet.”

Police are asking anyone with information to come forward. There is currently no person of interest, or suspect information available.

Officers were called to the Vista Green Apartments around 11:30 p.m. near Reno and Air Depot.

Police say four people were shot and taken to a hospital. Their conditions are not known at this time.

Multiple vehicles were also hit by bullets.
