Tasty Tuesday: Grilled Peach Dessert

Grilled Peach Dessert

6 peaches

1 Tbsp of olive oil

8oz mascarpone

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

3-4 Tbsp honey

1 cup of granola

1/2 cup pecans

12 raspberries

1 sprig of mint

Heat up grill to 375-400 degrees. Cut peaches in half and remove pit. Brush flesh of peaches with olive oil and place flesh side onto grill. Grill for 3-4 minutes. While peaches are on the grill, Stir together Mascarpone, vanilla and honey. Then carefully rotate once and cook another 3-4 minutes until soft but not falling apart. Place on plate, put a dollop of mascarpone on top and sprinkle on granola and nuts and garnish with mint, honey, and berries.
