Tasty Tuesday: Apple Celery Slaw



    2 T Lemon juice

    1/4 t Mustard

    2 T Olive oil

    3 Apples, diced

    1 Celery stalk, large, diced

    2 c Cabbage, shredded

    1/4 c Pecans, chopped

    1. In a large bowl, WHISK lemon juice and mustard.

    2. ADD oil. WHISK until blended.

    3. ADD apples, celery and cabbage. TOSS to coat.

    4. TOP with pecans. SERVE.

    Makes 14- 1/2 c servings
