Registered Dietician and Total Wellness Supervisor Jennifer Like from the OKC County Health Department discusses how this time of the year can be a tricky time when it comes to eating healthy and also having fun with friends and family. How do you handle it?

  • Just remember that a day or two of overeating will not derail all of your progress.
  • You should focus on smaller portions of your favorite foods instead of trying to make them healthier.
  • Don't listen to others telling you to eat more or less, listen to your own body for cues on when you are full.
  • Enjoy the season, it only comes around once a year!
