- Just remember that a day or two of overeating will not derail all of your progress.
- You should focus on smaller portions of your favorite foods instead of trying to make them healthier.
- Don't listen to others telling you to eat more or less, listen to your own body for cues on when you are full.
- Enjoy the season, it only comes around once a year!
