WWE remembers Connor the Crusher, 8-year-old cancer victim & wrestling fan

The world of professional wrestling, like all entertainment, has it's fair share of crazed fans, but one 8-year-old was the biggest of all and before cancer claimed his life, the largest wrestling organization in the world made his dreams come true.Connor Michalek's life was cut short by brain cancer after living just 8 years. Before the boy passed away, the WWE responded to his request to meet a star.A video of Connor making the plea to the WWE was posted to YouTube. Connor, who says his wrestling name was Connor the Crusher, wanted to meet his all-time favorite WWE wrestler, Daniel Bryan. The two met and Bryan allowed the boy put him in a submission hold and force a tap out. The story didn't end there. Bryan reunited with him at live WWE event and the little boy even had front row seats to the biggest wrestling event in the world: WrestleMania XXX.But before WrestleMania, the entire WWE welcomed Connor to the ring with Bryan where he got a chance to knock out and pin a wrestling superstar. At WrestleMania, he watched his favorite wrestler win the big one. Then Bryan celebrated his big win with his biggest fan.After his death, the WWE posted a moving tribute video of Connor's life. It featured WWE Chief Brand Officer Stephanie McMahon and Bryan as they recount his life and the impact he had on the organization.
