      Sooners take down Wildcats

      Oklahoma beat Kansas State in men's basketball 86-73 to improve to 9-5 in the Big 12 Conference. All five starters were in double figure scoring with Buddy Hield leading the way with 18 points. Isaiah Cousins was next with 17 points.

      OU used a 21-2 run in the first half to take control of the game, that they led by 19 points at halftime. The lead grew to as many 27 in the second half as Oklahoma improved to 20-7 on the season. The 20 wins matching last season total and they still have four games remaining plus the Big 12 Tournament.
