      Two Cowboys picked

The Oklahoma State Cowboys had two players taken in the NBA Draft. Marcus Smart was the first with the Boston Celtics taking the 6-3 227 pound point guard. The drafting of Smart could be a sign Boston plans to trade Rajon Rondo, the Celtics point guard the last several years. The second Cowboy to go was Markel Brown. He was taken in the second round by Minnesota and then traded to Brooklyn. The Nets should be able to use the athletic Brown, who had a 43 inch vertical leap at the NBA Combine.
