Stevie Clark no longer a Cowboy
Stevie Clark second arrest in a month has cost him a spot on the Oklahoma State basketball team. OSU head coach Travis Ford has dismissed Clark after his latest brush with the law.
"We care about Stevie and wish nothing but the best for him," Ford said. "We want him to find success in his future, where ever that may be."
Clark was arrested Sunday morning around 1 AM for outraging public decency. Reports are he was seen urinating out of a moving vehicle. This follows an arrest January 1st for possession of marijuana. Clark was also sent home from a team trip to Florida earlier in the season for breaking team rules.
The former Douglass High standout was a two time State Player of the Year. Despite being a freshmen on a veteran team he had carved out consistent playing time. Clark appeared in 16 games averaging 5 points and 3 assists while hitting 40 percent of his three point attempts.
