Oklahoma State football coach Mike Gundy confirmed at the Cowboys Orange Blitz that quarterback Daxx Garman did suffer an injury at Friday's practice but he did not say how bad the injury is. Gundy says they'll know more about the injury Monday. Several reports say Garman had to be carted off the field after suffering a knee injury.
Garman has been mentioned by some as a possible starter for the Cowboys, who are looking for a starter to replace Clint Chelf. Chelf and JW Walsh shared the jobs at different times last season. Chelf was a senior last season. Walsh has been getting most of the first team reps this spring with true freshmen Mason Rudolph along with Garman battling for the spot.
