LOS ANGELES — Once again, the Oklahoma City Thunder showed how tough they are mentally. After losing home court to the Los Angeles Clippers the Thunder have won the last two games to regain control of the series. Friday nights 118-112 win showed how good they are. Yes, Kevin Durant was the MVP with 36 points and Russell Westbrook with 23 points 8 rebounds and 13 assists had a near triple double but the others came through. Others like Serge Ibaka who had 20 points on 9-10 shooting despite battling foul trouble. "He was just focused," said Westbrook. From the Clipper perspective defense was an issue according to head coach Doc Rivers. "We gotta play better pick and roll defense. I gotta coach better." Game four is Sunday afternoon again in LA. Chris Paul calls the game a must win for the Clippers.
