Thunder come up short

After completing a four game season sweep of San Antonio Thursday, the Oklahoma City Thunder attempted to hand Houston its fourth straight loss Friday. But it was not to be as the Rockets beat the Thunder 111-107.

James Harden led Houston with 39 points as Houston got its 50th win against 25 loses. Oklahoma City was led by Kevin Durant's 28 points. Durant extended his 25 or more points streak to 40. But it was not a great night for Durant, who only hit 7-19 shots but he did grab 12 rebounds and dish out 6 assists. Serge Ibaka was the most consistent Thunder player with 27 points on 11-17 shooting. He also grabbed nine rebounds and blocked six shots.

Oklahoma City, 55-20, will play at Phoenix Sunday night.
