LOS ANGELES — The Oklahoma City Thunder have advanced to the Western Conference Finals. They did so by beating the Los Angeles Clippers at the Staples Center in Los Angeles 104-98. They win the series 4-2 and advance to face San Antonio for the right to play in the NBA Finals.Kevin Durant started 1-7 in the game but picked up the pace to finish 12-23 for 39 points and 16 rebounds. Russell Westbrook scored 19 points. The Thunder also got good production off the bench with 14 points from Reggie Jackson and ten points and eleven rebounds from Steven Adams.The Clippers led most of the way with former OU and Oklahoma Christian School star Blake Griffin scoring 22 points to go with 8 rebounds and 8 assists. But Griffin would foul out and the Thunder would close out the show with the win.
