One of Oklahoma's Most Wanted fugitives is now in custody.

The Oklahoma County Sheriff's Office reports that Trevyon Ashley has been arrested. Ashley was wanted on a warrant issued in March for first degree burglary and assault and battery.

The sheriff's office tells FOX 25 that a tip led them to where Ashley was staying. He was the second fugitive featured in our Oklahoma's Most Wanted series. More information on Ashley's arrest will be issued soon.

Court records show that on March 3, 2017 Midwest City police were called to an apartment in the 7800 block of NE 10 Street.

The occupants of the apartment told police that they were lying in bed when they heard a loud banging at the front door. The male victim then approached the door and was struck by it as it was broken into. Four people, including Ashley, then ran into the home and began assaulting the man.

The man told police that Ashley and his brother were upset with him about an incident that occurred earlier in the day. The female victim then grabbed a kitchen knife and began yelling at the suspects, who fled the home.
