Tasty Tuesday: Overnight Oats

Tasty Tuesday every week on Good Day OK at 8:25 a.m.

Overnight Oats

1/2-1 cup milk base (almond milk, coconut milk, skim milk, etc)

1/2 cup rolled oats

1 scoop of peanut butter (substitute almond butter, cashew butter, etc.)

1 tbs chia seeds

1 tbs shredded coconut

Options: fruit, flax seeds, Greek yogurt, cinnamon

For extra sweetness: honey or maple syrup


Combine all ingredients in a jar

Let sit overnight and enjoy in the morning, hot or cold

Tip: Make multiple portions for grab and go breakfasts all week
