Tasty Tuesday: Orange Dream

Orange Dream:
2 bx Pudding, vanilla, instant, sugar free (1 oz ea)
2 c Orange juice
16 oz Whipped topping, light, thawed
2 cn Mandarin orange segments, no sugar added, drained (15 oz cn)
¼ c Granola, optional
1. In a medium bowl, BEAT pudding mix and orange juice with a whisk for 2 minutes.
2. RESERVE ¼ c of whipped topping and 3-4 orange segments. SET aside.
3. FOLD in the remaining whipped topping and oranges.
4. GARNISH with reserved whipped topping, orange segments, and granola, if desired.
