Unidentified woman in a coma after being struck by a vehicle in Oklahoma City
OKLAHOMA CITY (KOKH) —
Police hope to identify a woman now in a coma after being struck by a vehicle in northwest Oklahoma City.
The Oklahoma City Police Department reports that early Sept. 2 a woman was riding a gold BMX bicycle westbound on Northwest Expressway at Mustang Road when she was hit by a passing vehicle. The driver of the vehicle stopped and was later arrested for driving with a suspended license.
Police have not been able to identify the woman and state she is currently in a coma at an Oklahoma City hospital. The woman is described as a white female with brown hair and blue eyes. She is approximately 5-feet, 5-inches tall and weighs around 155 pounds. The woman has a "Mom" tattoo with a heartbeat design on her right wrist.
She was wearing a dark shirt and blue jeans at the time of the crash.
