Teenager arrested in connection to fatal Cordell home invasion
CORDELL, Okla. (KOKH) —
A 14-year-old has been arrested for a fatal shooting in Cordell.
The OSBI reports that a 14-year-old Corn resident has been arrested on a warrant for first degree murder, shooting with intent to kill and burglary in the first degree.
The arrest comes in connection to the July 20 home invasion and fatal shooting of 36-year-old Tammi Thomas. Thomas' 14-year-old son was also injured in the incident. He has since been released from the hospital.
The suspect has been booked into the Oklahoma County Jail. His name has not been released at this time.
