Suspect escapes custody after assaulting officer at Stroud hospital
STROUD, Okla. (KOKH) —
Lincoln County authorities are searching for an escaped inmate Friday.
Lincoln County Emergency Management confirms that Jeremiah Nunley, 40, escaped from custody Feb. 9 while at the Stroud Hospital after attacking an officer.
Nunley left the hospital on foot. He was last seen wearing black pants, a black shirt and no shoes. He is described as 5-feet, 1-inch tall and around 180 pounds.
Those who see him are asked to contact 911 immediately.
