Read Across America and the Metropolitan Public Library

Today, March 2nd, is beloved Author Dr. Seuss's birthday, but it's also a day to celebrate and bring awareness to literacy. It's National "Read Across America" Day.

According to the National Center for Education Statistics, kids who are read to at home have a substantial advantage over children who are not.

To encourage more readers, anytime you check out the book "our day at the zoo", you'll receive four tickets to the Oklahoma City zoo!
