Police: Suspects steal sea bass after failed lobster attempt
OKLAHOMA CITY (KOKH) —
Oklahoma City police were called out to a fishy situation after a theft was reported in northwest OKC.
The couple in the photos are wanted for reportedly stealing $250 worth of sea bass from the Chinatown Supermarket near NW 23rd Street and N. Classen Blvd.
Police say the man and the woman initially tried to leave the store with several lobsters, but returned them after being confronted by store employees. After looking back at store surveillance cameras, the employees later realized the couple had successfully concealed the sea bass .
The store owner says the couple is known to frequent the area.
