A man has been arrested in connection to the March fatal shooting of a 16-year-old.

The Oklahoma City Police Department reports that Terrel Skinner, 21, has been arrested on a first degree murder complaint.

The arrest comes in connection to the March 13 fatal shooting of 16-year-old Emmanuel Zenon at the Brookwood Village Apartments. Police believe Zenon was shot and killed while being robbed.

Police had previously arrested 19-year-old Michael Arledge in connection to the case. A third man, 23-year-old Dakota Hunter Garrison, has also been arrested in connection to the murder.

Skinner previously made news in 2015 as one of three men charged with raping a 15-year-old Westmoore High School student. His charges were later dismissed with costs. Zenon's death is considered the 15th homicide of 2017 in Oklahoma City.
