Man dead after being found shot in the roadway in southwest Oklahoma City
OKLAHOMA CITY (KOKH) —
Oklahoma City police are investigating a shooting death in the southwest metro Monday morning.
Police say officers were called to the 200 block of SW 38th St. just before 1 a.m. May 15 after reports of a man lying in the roadway.
Arriving officers found the man who had reportedly been shot. The man, identified as 46-year-old Jerry Timothy Hudson, was transported to an area hospital where he was pronounced dead.
Police say no arrests have been made. Anyone with information is asked to call the homicide tip-line at (405) 297-1200.
Hudson's death is considered the 23rd homicide of 2017 in Oklahoma City.
