OHP: Woman killed in fiery Caddo County wreck

A woman was killed Sunday afternoon after a serious crash in Caddo County.

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says around 2 p.m., 57-year-old Patricia Crepps of Moore was traveling northbound on County Street 2700 near Cyril when she failed to negotiate a curve and left the roadway. Crepps then reportedly crossed back across the road before again departing and striking two trees.

OHP says the vehicle then caught fire.

Crepps was pronounced dead at the scene.

Right now, investigators are listing the cause of that crash as unsafe speed and say the condition of the driver is being looked into.
