Officials confirm that body found at Lake Thunderbird was missing Norman man
LAKE THUNDERBIRD, Okla. (KOKH) —
Officials have confirmed that a body found in Lake Thunderbird was a missing Norman man.
On June 9, a body was discovered in a truck on the Hog Creek Ramp at Lake Thunderbird. The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation reports that the body has been positively identified as 75-year-old Charles French.
The truck that was found was determined to be one borrowed by French on May 2nd. On May 18, a Silver Alert was issued for French.
The OSBI says their investigation into the incident is still ongoing.
