New surveillance video gives another look at Wilshire Gun burglary suspects

New surveillance video shows a different look at three suspects that stole thousands of dollars worth of firearms from a metro gun club.

At approximately 4 a.m. Dec. 26, three suspects three a rock through the glass doors of Wilshire Gun, 615 W. Wilshire. The three then entered the store and broke the glass on a handgun case, stealing approximately 20 handguns. The suspects also grabbed four rifles before fleeing the store.

The new surveillance footage shows the three approaching the club on foot and smashing the glass door. Police located a blue University of North Carolina Tarheels hat that was dropped by one of the suspects on the scene. Local and federal agents are investigating the break-in.
