Myriad Botanical Garden's Yoga in the Gardens

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK (KOKH) It's time to find your inner peace and the Myriad Botanical Gardens has a program that will help you tame your "Downward Dog." It's their "Yoga in the Gardens" program Sponsored by Tinker Federal Credit Union Instructor Lisa Woodard from This Land Yoga leads a group every Tuesday at 5:45 pm in the beautiful surroundings of the Botanical Gardens (in the event of bad weather, the class is moved to the Terrace Room). The cost is $5 for members and $10 for Nonmembers. Class participants should bring a yoga mat and water. Meet in the south lobby to check-in each week. Drop in for a session or two or enjoy the entire series. Must be 16 and older
