Heat wave to continue across Oklahoma this week
OKLAHOMA CITY (KOKH) —
The hottest temperatures so far this year will impact Oklahoma this week.
A ridge of high pressure will sit over the central plains, causing hot temperatures and no chances for rain. Highs today and Tuesday will be in the mid 90s. Temperatures climb into the upper 90s to near 100 for the remainder of the week.
Mostly sunny skies each day this week with light winds from the south. Humidity will make it feel a few degrees hotter.
No rain in the forecast through the weekend.
