Court records: Metro strip club owner accused of allowing dancers to sell drugs

Heather Billings, 43, is wanted in Oklahoma County on a complaint of maintaining a house where a controlled dangerous substance is sold. (Oklahoma County Jail)

Court records show that the owner of a metro strip club is accused of allowing dancers to sell drugs inside the business.

According to Oklahoma County court records, 43-year-old Heather Lane Billings is wanted on a complaint of maintaining a place where a controlled dangerous substance is sold.

The charge comes after an undercover investigation that began in August 2016 following 15 arrests at Del City's Fantasy Island. Heather's husband Michael Billings owned both Fantasy Island and Midway Island and transferred ownership to her following his sentencing on federal charges in December 2016.

Court records show that undercover officers visited Midway Island, 5215 NW 10, over the course of over two years. During that time, the officers allegedly observed dancers openly selling marijuana, Xanax and cocaine to customers.

During one instance the officers observed dancers snorting lines of cocaine in full view of the manager of the business who "shrugged his shoulders in an act of approval". Court records allege that one of the dancers offered to have sex with the undercover officers for $1,000.

Nuisance notices were sent to the owner of the property and the owner of the business, Billings, on numerous occasions and no action was taken to stop the illicit activity.

On Oct. 28, officers served a search warrant on the premises and arrested two of the managers of the club, Bruce Krenz and Kevin Davis on complaints of maintaining a drug house. Three dancers were arrested on the following complaints during the search warrant:

Lexus Buchanan, 19
Possession of a CDS - marijuana
Possession of a CDS - cocaine

Auriah Hubbard, 19
Interfering of official process

Shaquorria Brown, 27
Possession of a CDS with intent to distribute

Two others were arrested inside the business on the following charges:

Markus Riggins, 30
Possession of a CDS - cocaine

Deadrian Holman, 24
Possession of a CDS with intent to distribute
Possession of a CDS - MDMA
Possession of criminal proceeds
Concealing stolen property
Possession of a firearm after previous conviction

Billings has not yet been arrested.
