The Black Lives Matter Rally ended peacefully Sunday night, but there were some groups there that were trying to send a different message.

A Confederate Flag protest was also held downtown and some "Black Lives Matter" supporters say this was just a distraction, but the organizer of the rebel flag rally says they were just there to support police officers.

"I don't understand what their getting at. Nobody was listening anyway, it's interrupting everything we are fighting for," said one supporter at the "Black Lives Matter" Rally.

About an hour into the rally, the Oklahoma Confederate Veterans Matter group led by Andrew Dencomb who's also known as the "black rebel," made their way through the crowd. Supporters of this group say they just want their voice to be heard.

"I can show you a three-page book of death threats from Facebook that I receive. It's just, I get attacks all the time," said Dencomb.

Supporters of the Confederate Flag protest say the reason they held this event today was because on this day, last year a "Black Lives Matter" member pulled down a Confederate flag in South Carolina.
