Authorities: Man arrested after attempting to use UBER to pick up underage girl for sex
OKLAHOMA CITY (KOKH) —
An Oklahoma City man was arrested after authorities say he attempted to use UBER to deliver an underage girl to his home for sex.
Canadian County Sheriff Chris West reports that Taylor Kilgore, 21, was arrested March 16. An investigation into Kilgore began March 14 when he allegedly contacted an undercover deputy who was posing as a 14-year-old girl on social media. Kilgore reportedly told the investigator he wanted to have group sex with the girl and one of his friends and also sent photos of his genitals to the investigator.
Kilgore arranged for an UBER to pick up what he believed to be a 14-year-old girl in Canadian County and drop her off at a home in southwest Oklahoma City where he lives with his grandparents. Kilgore told the girl to tell his grandparents she was 18 if they woke up.
“Kilgore was well aware that what he was doing was illegal, but his sick sexual fantasy to have sex with a little girl pushed him to having an UBER driver deliver her to him,” West said.
When Kilgore ordered the UBER, authorities responded to the pickup point and met with the driver. The driver agreed to assist investigators and transport an undercover female deputy to Kilgore's residence.
Investigators also followed the UBER to the home and took Kilgore into custody. Kilgore was booked into the Canadian County Jail on a complaint of facilitating sexual conduct with a minor by use of technology.
